  The Suck
Very second-rate hotel. Can't win in the casino for losing. Staff are unattentive and appear to be ready to go home and detached. You can't buy items in their overprice "upscale" gift shop, you have to use "player points". It's at the end of the road and has a "slapped together" feel to me. I stayed in the hotel and the a/c barely worked. They were going to move me to another room, but they were all booked. No refund on my room either. There was feces in the elevator that was not cleaned up for at least 10 hours. I would rather stay in my car than stay at Resorts. I hate them.

Very nice room for the price, I found it looking for hot deals on Harrah's web site. I will be going back soon.

The only complaint I can even think of is that on the black jack tables their Dealers have started hitting on soft 17 . I hope that practice doesn't last long.

My wife and I have just returned home from Harrah's in Tunica. It was more than delightful! The hotel management has done a terrific job providing comfortable rooms and friendly help. The room was very clean and became our home for the days we were there. The food both in the Steakhouse and the Buffet was very good. Chef Marti is the best and Carla, our server, was the one of the nicest ever. If you eat in the Buffet be sure and try the chocolate Mousse - Yummy! The Casino was excellent - the help was good - especially the Drink Servers, Rebecca and Dana. The Cashier tellers were very efficient and friendly. We tried a few other Casinos but hardly could wait to return to Harrah's. Thanks Harrah's, Tunica, for a honeymoon we never had 26 years ago! Take care and keep up the good work! Lyle

WE JUST RETURNED BACK HOME FROM OUR VISIT TO HARRAHS IN TUNICA. THE STAFF AT HARRAHS HOTEL ARE THE GREATEST, THEY MAKE YOU FEEL THEY ARE HAPPY TO HAVE YOU THERE. BUT I MUST MENTION THE PERSON THAT DID SUCH AN OUTSTANDING JOB IS CARLA THE WAITRESS THAT WORKS AT HARRAHS STEAKHOUSE, SHE DOES AN AWESOME JOB, SHE IS A FINE ASSEST FOR HARRAHS. THEY SHOULD BE VERY PROUD TO HAVE HER EMPLOYED WITH THEM. THANKS AGAIN FOR THE GOOD TIME, BARB

I liked the fact that you had to use your room key for the elevator to work. I felt very secure during my stay at Harrah's. The Casino and restaurants are probably my favorites in Tunica. The hotel rooms - very neat and clean, the staff - very friendly. Keep up the good work and you'll always have a customer in me.

I have stayed at so many Casino Hotels (regular hotels too) and this one takes the cake! I have never enjoyed my stay as much as I did at Harrah's Tunica Mississippi. I just happened to be going through that part of the country and thought I would stop in for a night (the Harrah's brand is synonomous with quality to me). This hotel and casino have single-handedly made Mississippi a regular vacation spot for me and my family. Bravo! Bravo! Bravo! Harrah's Tunica is the absolute best!

The experience my husband and I had with Harrahs casino and the bistro where we had breakfast and dinner impressed us greatly, coming from one of the other hotel casinos where we had spent the night (left there early because of extremly poor and rude service) we were greeted at the front doors with open arms and smiling faces, what a refreshing change from the day before!! We are planning a trip back to Tunica next month and Harrahs is where we plan to stay. The treatment we got just from the staff at the casino and the delicious food and most excellent service at the bistro made up our minds!! Thank you again for everything, being on a tight budget we cannot afford to take trips often but we know we will get the best for our money at Harrahs.

As always the visit was extremely pleasant. And as always our arrival was made so special by Shannon at the hotel front desk. She sure makes us feel so special, and she is always so nice to us. We really look forward to our next visit. The rooms are always immaculent. The staff does a terrific job. Thanks again for a nice stay.

The rooms are fabulous. Even though I am not in the room that much. Husband more than myself. We try to come to Tunica at least twice a month. I will always stay at the Harrah's Casino Hotel. The Casino is very comfortable and the atmosphere is welcoming. One thing, the chairs are very uncomfortable in the casino. Especially if one sits at a machine ten to twelve hours. If that would get fixed it would be excellent place to be all around.

We hace visited Harrahs many times. It is our favorite. We don't always get a room when we want to come, but we like spur of the moment trips. We also have not won any things in a while. It's not easy to keep going back it you don't win a little. But the rooms are nice, the people are friendly. We like the steak house and the Bristro. As a matter of fact we are planning on visiting this week or next. I'm excited already. Sure hope I have better luck. Thanks Harrahs!!!

I love Harrah's and I have been wanting to come back and visit. Are there any room deals for the month of October? I got some cards back in the summer but I was sick and wasn't able to use them and now that I am well I would like to come back and visit Harrah's. Would love to hear from you. Helen Crowder

We did not stay at your hotel, but we did eat in your buffet. And to be honest with you that was the worst food we ate of all the buffets in Tunica. And it'sad to say that I'm a Harrahs employee at another property. The People that worked in the buffet were very friendly and helpful.

Usually go to Atlantic City for our vacation. This year we took 3 weeks to explore the Mississippi gaming market. Beau Rivage in Biloxi is by far the best casino in the state. Stayed at Harrah's, Gold Strike, Horseshoe, and Ballys. Gold Strike was the best in the area of Tunica. Harrah's, what were you thinking with this place? Your location in Atlantic City makes this look like a joke. Small casino, laughable hotel size and quality. The food was average, casino was small and too western looking instead of the Mardi Gras experience that was promised. Staff was not very helpful. I think this whole property should be torn down and built into a real resort. Less casino's in the area and more quality is what's needed. Harrahs should be ashamed of this property. This does not do there name well.

WE GO TO TUNICA ABOUT 5 TIMES PER YEAR AND WE LOVE HARRAHS. WE STAY THERE MOST OF THE TIME AND I DO LOVE THE PEOPLE THERE. WE HAVE MET THE NICEST PEOPLE AT HARRAHS. THEY ARE VERY ORGANIZED AND ITS NEVER A PROBLEM TO GET IN AND GET THE REGISTERED AT THE DESK. WE HAVE BEEN COMPED THERE VERY WELL AND THEY HAVE THE BEST STEAKHOUSE IF YOU LIKE FILLET AND LOBSTER. I LOVE THE ENTERTAINMENT THEY HAVE . ITS ALWAYS VERY GOOD. HARRAHS ALSO HAS AN DIAMOND AND PLATINUM CARD HOLDER RELAXATION ROOM WITH VERY CLEAN AND NICELY THEMED RESTROOMS AND A PLACE TO WATCH TV OR GRAB SOME FOOD AND SIT AND VISIT FOR A WHILE. (ITS BY THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BIG STAGE) THE GAMING IS VERY GOOD BUT THEY COULD STAND TO OPEN A FEW MORE TABLES DURING THE CROWEDED TIMES. GO THERE AND ENJOY! WE LOVE IT! ITS NOT LAS VEGAS BUT THEN AGAIN, ONLY VEGAS IS VEGAS!

Only stayed one time. we enjoyed our stay. I believ the casino floor personnel could be alittle more personal and not so rigid. Perhaps open more tables for example three card.

Harrah's is a good place. They have a good selection of video poker (which I like to play) and its a nice hotel. It looks more like an old-west casino than a mardi-gras casino, but at least its in good shape.
