4stars  worst dining experiance ever
The Hotel and the Casino shine and is welcoming and friendly. TJ's was the worst fine dining experience we ever had. Over worked and understaffed on a Sunday Evening was the reason I was given as to a terrible attitude by our Hostess/ evening Manger. This resulted in Us leaving before we ate and traveling up the road to The Fitz to enjoy our Meal. sorry we wont be returning to this Casino/Hotel for any reason due to this rotten experience and total lack of managements attentiveness to this issue

The changes made from the Grand Casino to the cluster they now call an "updated casino" is ridiculous. I couldn't find the Bonus 7 machines and no one could tell me where they had been moved except to point to the quarter machines. I guess I would have been better off playing the quarter machines.
The bar you once could go sit and relax and have a good drink made by Steve the bartender is now a dark go-go lounge. Miss my old casino- have no desire to go back to the dark cluster they now have.

2stars  Do not waste your money!
The hotel was horrible. The rooms are very small, although a great TV is in each room. The service is the worst I have had and I travel extensively with work. I asked for additional wash cloths since I was traveling with an infant, never got my wash cloths and was there 4 days. Even after numerous requests/complaints to the front desk. Ice machine was broken on our floor for two days. My 13 year old son tried to come back from the arcade for over 20 minutes, the shuttle never stopped at the arcade, it was too busy focusing on the casino shuttle trips. He walked back in the dark, then his card key didn't work in the elevator and the front desk clerk didn't offer to call the room etc.. when he inquired about another way to get to the room, the front desk clerk responded "No, that is the only way to get to your floor!" No, May I call your room? Can I get you a key? Can I see some ID? Nothing! My daughter needed room to walk, so we spent a lot of time in the lobby since the rooms were so small. I've complained to the hotel general manager and his assistant and emailed their customer service group and have heard nothing!

I was gambline in the Harrah's Casino and the lights went out. I was gambling on machine #80906 Uncle Sam. I had won 75.00; I gave the clerk my name and address. I have not heard from anyone. I also had 14.00 in the Enchanted Forrest machine. I too gave my name an address. I am sure you all have had time to refund monies from this night. I gave my email address: rdumas601@yahoo.com. also my cell number 662-417-4354. I think someone should at least notify cutomers about their winning. I will go futher if I have to. Only the principal and courtesy of a business.

  The Suck
Very second-rate hotel. Can't win in the casino for losing. Staff are unattentive and appear to be ready to go home and detached. You can't buy items in their overprice "upscale" gift shop, you have to use "player points". It's at the end of the road and has a "slapped together" feel to me. I stayed in the hotel and the a/c barely worked. They were going to move me to another room, but they were all booked. No refund on my room either. There was feces in the elevator that was not cleaned up for at least 10 hours. I would rather stay in my car than stay at Resorts. I hate them.

Very nice room for the price, I found it looking for hot deals on Harrah's web site. I will be going back soon.

The only complaint I can even think of is that on the black jack tables their Dealers have started hitting on soft 17 . I hope that practice doesn't last long.

My wife and I have just returned home from Harrah's in Tunica. It was more than delightful! The hotel management has done a terrific job providing comfortable rooms and friendly help. The room was very clean and became our home for the days we were there. The food both in the Steakhouse and the Buffet was very good. Chef Marti is the best and Carla, our server, was the one of the nicest ever. If you eat in the Buffet be sure and try the chocolate Mousse - Yummy! The Casino was excellent - the help was good - especially the Drink Servers, Rebecca and Dana. The Cashier tellers were very efficient and friendly. We tried a few other Casinos but hardly could wait to return to Harrah's. Thanks Harrah's, Tunica, for a honeymoon we never had 26 years ago! Take care and keep up the good work! Lyle

I liked the fact that you had to use your room key for the elevator to work. I felt very secure during my stay at Harrah's. The Casino and restaurants are probably my favorites in Tunica. The hotel rooms - very neat and clean, the staff - very friendly. Keep up the good work and you'll always have a customer in me.

I have stayed at so many Casino Hotels (regular hotels too) and this one takes the cake! I have never enjoyed my stay as much as I did at Harrah's Tunica Mississippi. I just happened to be going through that part of the country and thought I would stop in for a night (the Harrah's brand is synonomous with quality to me). This hotel and casino have single-handedly made Mississippi a regular vacation spot for me and my family. Bravo! Bravo! Bravo! Harrah's Tunica is the absolute best!

The experience my husband and I had with Harrahs casino and the bistro where we had breakfast and dinner impressed us greatly, coming from one of the other hotel casinos where we had spent the night (left there early because of extremly poor and rude service) we were greeted at the front doors with open arms and smiling faces, what a refreshing change from the day before!! We are planning a trip back to Tunica next month and Harrahs is where we plan to stay. The treatment we got just from the staff at the casino and the delicious food and most excellent service at the bistro made up our minds!! Thank you again for everything, being on a tight budget we cannot afford to take trips often but we know we will get the best for our money at Harrahs.

As always the visit was extremely pleasant. And as always our arrival was made so special by Shannon at the hotel front desk. She sure makes us feel so special, and she is always so nice to us. We really look forward to our next visit. The rooms are always immaculent. The staff does a terrific job. Thanks again for a nice stay.

The rooms are fabulous. Even though I am not in the room that much. Husband more than myself. We try to come to Tunica at least twice a month. I will always stay at the Harrah's Casino Hotel. The Casino is very comfortable and the atmosphere is welcoming. One thing, the chairs are very uncomfortable in the casino. Especially if one sits at a machine ten to twelve hours. If that would get fixed it would be excellent place to be all around.

We hace visited Harrahs many times. It is our favorite. We don't always get a room when we want to come, but we like spur of the moment trips. We also have not won any things in a while. It's not easy to keep going back it you don't win a little. But the rooms are nice, the people are friendly. We like the steak house and the Bristro. As a matter of fact we are planning on visiting this week or next. I'm excited already. Sure hope I have better luck. Thanks Harrahs!!!
